There are three scenarios:
First, the weather is normal, but the sea is stormy. In this case, we can fly to Pyagin and wait for the boat to arrive under its own power. While we are waiting, access to the Pyaginskaya ridge and trips on motor boats to the capes around Kekurnaya Bay are possible.
Second, the weather is normal, the sea is stormy and the sky is closed (Pyagina is closed for aviation or there are no planes). In this case, we will organize a tourist program around Magadan and the surrounding area of the city (see Point 6). Let's go to the highway, presumably to the village of Karamken. There are several options for hikes, for example to the Karamken Crown (fields of Mars, a unique attraction). Boat trips to the Staritsky Peninsula are possible (a beautiful peninsula 20 km long, with large rocks).
The third option, the weather is bad everywhere, rain, fog, storm. Our only plan of action is excursions to the museum, Magadan restaurants and short trips outside the city. In this situation, we will exhaust the "tourist resource" of the city of Magadan quite quickly and tourists will have to stay in hotels most of the day until the weather clears.
