This is a difficult expedition requiring good physical fitness and snowmobiling skills. The Piyagina Peninsula itself is a paradise for any snowmobiler: the Chukotka tundra, Kamchatka heights and giant coastal cliffs are mixed here, from which the famous Yamsky Islands are visible. This is the only part of the Magadan Region that maintains full snow cover until mid-June.
The snowmobile ride starts from the village of Ola (this is also the end point of the snowmobile route). The base on Piyagina is 230 km away on a relatively easy but picturesque route. During the May period, it is possible to transfer a group by helicopter if the rivers on the approach to Piyagina are washed out. The camp site is equipped with warm winter beams, a sauna, a dining room and satellite Internet. On the second day, we will begin daily routes to interesting points of the peninsula - shaman stones, Mount Wed. Larykh, Udacha Bay, Piyagina, Piyaginskaya ridge, we will go to the almost abandoned fishing village - Yamsk.
At the end of April and beginning of May, a massive rise of bears begins. Animals can be seen on almost any slope of Piyagina. For safety reasons, our guides are armed and there are bear huskies at the base camp. On rest days you can take a steam bath and enjoy winter fishing. Our company has 24 snowmobiles at its disposal, of which 14 are from 2019. We can provide tourists with Lynx 600 snowmobiles - fast, economical, but at the same time capable of withstanding deep snow and long treks.
In addition to the unique nature, traces of the presence of the ancient Koryaks remained on the Piyagina Peninsula: dugouts, artifacts and stones of Shamans.

Day 1 - Arrival
We meet you at Magadan airport and deliver you to your hotel. Depending on the time of arrival in the city, you may have time left for a tour of Magadan, including a visit to the local history museum. The excursion is included in the tour price. Day 1 - Beginning of the Route
Early in the morning, we leave for the Ola Village by car (1 hour). From there we will begin our snowmobile journey to the Piyagina Peninsula. Day 3-4- Pyaginskie mountains
Several routes are possible, depending on the snow cover and weather conditions: a route to the middle mountain Larykh (a huge circus with steep cliffs), an ascent to the Reefovy pass, overlooking the Yamsky Islands, an easier route with a trip to Shamanskie Kamni. Possibility of travel to the village of Yamsk.

Day 5 - Road back
We begin the journey back to Magadan, if weather conditions permit, we will go through the fishing village of Yamsk. Here you can see the giant Yamskoy Estuary and look at the life of fishermen. Overnight is possible in tents or in huts on the river Siglan.

We return to Magadan. We help with hotel arrangements and organize a city tour. Additional trips to nearby villages are possible if time remains.

PLEASE NOTE!
The program and success of the tour depend almost entirely on the weather! Under ideal conditions, 6 days is more than enough for this trip, even a lot. However, the coast of the Sea of Okhotsk is famous for its bad weather. We suggest planning a tour for 7-8 days, with a few spare days when you can just relax and enjoy the unique landscapes.
